I grew up in Northern New Jersey, just outside of New York City. I first came to Connecticut to Wesleyan University where I majored in biology. After college, I moved to NYC where I did cancer research for two years at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Then, I attended medical school at Cornell University- same as Dr. Jenn! I completed my Pediatric Residency at the Children’s Hospital at Montefiore, with a special focus on caring for underserved children.
After our medical training, my husband, Dr. Glenn Siegel and I, moved to Connecticut and settled in the wonderful town of Westport with our two children. After working for seven years at the Norwalk Community Health Center, I am excited to fulfill my dream of joining a small practice in my hometown that has a warm, personal touch.
In my free time, I love being with my family and spending time outdoors, including hiking at Earthplace, kayaking at Longshore, and summer dinners at Compo Beach. I also love co-leading my daughter’s girl scout troop with Dr. Nikki! We always have a blast with our troop of nineteen adventurous girls!
Caring for children has always been a joy and an honor for me. I am thrilled to be the newest member of the Village Pediatrics team and I look forward to getting to know all the families in the Village Pediatrics community.
