I spent most of my childhood in West Hartford, CT before moving to the Washington DC area for high school, then returned to the Northeast for college where I graduated from Wellesley. I went to the Midwest for medical school where I did a combined degree program for Doctor of Medicine (MD) and Master of Public Health (MPH) from Northwestern University in Chicago, concentrating in maternal and child health as well as environmental medicine and nutrition. I moved to the tristate area for my residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx, and after completion, I joined a busy practice in Waterbury, CT. We moved to Fairfield over 15 years ago and subsequently I worked at a local pediatric practice in Fairfield until 2024.
Since 2018, I have been honored to be repeatedly recognized as a Castle Connolly Top Doctor. I have a deep commitment to advocacy and improving the health of all my patients. In my free time I foster kittens and tend to our personal menagerie of animals including 3 cats, a 160lb Newfoundland dog, a ball python snake, a shrimp, several tanks of fish and our beehives. I enjoy caring for my three wonderful children & spending time with my partner, cycling (both Peloton and road), hiking with my family, gardening and crochet.
