"Dr. Stephen"

I was born and raised on Long Island, then moved north to New Haven where I graduated from Yale University with a major in Biology and a minor in Psychology. I then traveled South to attend Bowman-Gray School of Medicine (aka. Wake Forest School of Medicine) and remained there to complete my pediatrics residency at Wake Forest Medical Center. I returned to the Northeast (specifically Connecticut) and joined a busy practice in Wallingford, CT.

After meeting my wife Julie in 2003, I moved to Fairfield County and have continued caring for children from the nursery through college. I am a clinical preceptor for year one medical students at the Frank H. Netter School of Medicine at Quinnipiac University and for year three medical students for the Robert Larner M.D. College of Medicine at the University of Vermont. In my free time I enjoy running, cycling and skiing with my family (Julie and my son Byron). I am working on agility training our rescues Blue and Suki. I have also not met a bad joke that I didn’t like.
